Chaparral Winds Independent Retirement Community offers two different lifestyles from which to choose.
Our 36 casitas are like a little neighborhood all their own and are designed with the most active senior in mind. All have attached garages and boast liveable space of 1450 to 1550 square feet! Choose between the 2 bedroom 2 bath model or the casita with the optional den. All come with fully equipped kitchens, laundry rooms with full sized washers and dryers, ceiling fans in bedrooms, den and living room, basic cable television, and feature patios or balconies, individual thermostats, and all floor and window coverings.
The independent retirement building offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring complete kitchens, ceiling fans, individual thermostats, laundry rooms with washer and dryer hookups, basic cable television, patios, balconies and all floor and window coverings.
Throughout the building, with its interior climate-controlled corridors, you'll find common areas for a wide range of stimulating, interesting and fun activities such as billiards, cards, crafts and cooking classes. A computer room, exercise and fitness room, beauty/barber shop and a theater are just some of the other added features of our community. Swim some laps in our large L-shaped lap pool, or join in on the fun at the aquacize classes in the play pool. Have cocktails or barbecue on the patio by the fountain and keep up with the many new friends you will make when you call Chaparral Winds your home.
Our flexible, optional amenity packages are available to enhance your life at Chaparral Winds, and are reasonably priced.

Or sign up and participate in our enriching activity program. Many other amenities including access to our emergency call system are all available to you at a nominal fee.
